With 2007 now upon us, the year stretches out full of promise, challenge and the hope of great holidays! Life is expensive though and the search for value for  money holiday villas combined with great location, new experience and a degree of luxury isn't an easy one! We've been there  and chose to move to Cyprus to follow our dream of making this lovely island more accessible for even more people by offering great value holidays in pretty villas at good, low prices. Lets start by telling you a little about Cyprus: known as the "Gateway to the Middle East", Cyprus is an island only 4.5 hours flight from the UK and reached from most regional airports. The island is small - only 3.5 hours drive from the western tip to the eastern tip! - and completely beautiful. Rugged coastlines give way to manicured beaches; purpose built coastal/harbour walks lead to unspoilt peninsulars; small, traditional villages sprinkled on the hillsides and between the main towns, offer warm welcome and great food!; and the larger towns boast European shopping mixed with quaint markets and bazaars. Lace making; leather crafting; wine creation; jewellery art - these are just a few of the key consumer interest products available on the island. However, such luxuries pale against the sunsets, clear skies, wonderful landscapes and rolling mountains! Add the treasure of history found in old Abbeys, castles and ruins and Cyprus begins to take shape!

Our villas are set in the western end of the island, in the Peyia Municipality, which encompasses Coral Bay. Peyia village sits proudly on the hillside overlooking the Coral Bay/Sea Caves region. Peyia is a traditional village, chosen by many betrothed couples as their wedding venue and offers tavernas/bars/shops and lovely walks. Coral Bay, only minutes down the hillside, is the tourist resort, purpose built around lovely beaches, which offers everything from go-karting to horse riding; beaches to great restaurants and tourist shops.

The villas we've chosen for you are chosen carefully: we know the owners personally and trust them implicitly. They care for their villas as if they were their homes so we can offer the villas to you with complete confidence. Each villa is described fully on the pages which follow but they all have something in common: we have no hesitation in saying you won't find better villas for better value in the whole of the region - and we believe once you've stayed with us, you won't hesitate to come back!
