Most airports now promote two parking rates. The turn up rate is the rate you pay if you just turn up and park with out pre-booking, the pre-booking rate is the rate you pay if you pre-book and pay before departure. The pre-booking rate at many airports can be as much as 30% cheaper than the turn up rate. In addition, by taking the time to pre-book you can compare the cost of parking at off airport car parks that you simply won't find otherwise. Off airport car parks are generally cheaper than the on site car parks.

Airport Hotels
If you've got an early morning flight then why not avoid getting up in the middle of the night and avoid the motorway congestion by staying the night before you fly. Extra days parking can be arranged with many of the hotels. Airport parking can be on site at the hotel or arranged with a local car park. There may be an additional charge payable to the hotel for transfers between the airport and hotel.
Booking a hotel with parking can often work out cheaper then airport parking alone. It can also be useful to book a hotel if you are arriving back late into the UK.
