Kissonerga

Our first point coming west from Paphos is the lovely village of Kissonerga. This is approx 8 minutes by road from Paphos and only 4 mins from Coral Bay and Peyia. Kissonerga is an established residential area which offers a mix of local shops and a few tavernas plus fresh fish shop and pharmacy. We have a good selection of lovely villas in the Kissonerga area – from totally private villas with pools, to homely villas with pools in great , friendly areas. With the Vardas beach only 10 minutes stroll away, Kissonerga is a good choice for the holidaymaker wanting to mix beach life with a taste of local living.

The Kissonerga area is very close to Coral Bay where there is a huge choice of bars/restaurants and shops to enjoy - but Coral Bay can learn a lot from the two very different but very good eateries in Kissonerga itself!

Tweedies, Kissonerga just minutes drive from Coral Bay, is one of the best kept secrets of the Peyia region. Owned and managed by an English couple who pride themselves on freshly cooked food offered in a regularly updated, a la carte menu, Tweedies is a "must do" but on a "must book" basis. Seating for approx 30 people, Tweedies is exclusive but very reasonably priced - and a lovely place to enjoy a special meal during a special Coral Bay, Cyprus holiday.

Next door but one to Tweedies, is the new Village Inn. Styled on a traditional English pub, The Village Inn offers good, traditional food and great choice of wines and beers. Tastefully refurbished, The Village Inn, Coral Bay also offers wonderful "home from home" Sunday lunches - again , with booking recommended!
