Established in 2003, Lazydaze Ltd is a husband and wife owned , Cypriot limited company, specializing in the villa and apartment rental, both long and short term – and the care of properties, including property management and pool cleaning. Lynn and Tony Bell, have over 50 years of combined business experience stretching from media to communications industry.

Based in  Peyia, Cyprus, the Company has maintained a high standard of excellence, which has seen returning customer base grow annually and many new customers taking contracts with Lazydaze Ltd. The websites include www.cyprusvillas.uk.com, www.peyiacyprus.com, www.cyprusgolf.uk.com

Now published in German and Russian, the Company has also invested thousands in training its own staff and many individuals across the island of Cyprus, in the art of pool water cleaning to NSPF (National Swimming Pool Federation), CPO  standard. This is a world recognized standard of aquatic care and used as a standard by the World Health Organisation and Centre for Disease Control. Lazydaze Ltd is currently separating the pool training and work into a sister company, The Pool People ltd (checkout www.thepoolpeople.eu).

Lazydaze Ltd currently employ a team of 9, including a plumber, joiner and electrician, who've each been trained in the NSPF CPO pool cleaning standard.
